My husband and I walked in this Wednesday intending to buy some gas logs for our fireplace. We were greeted immediately, and once we indicated what we needed, we were taken to a beautiful wall full of set up gas log displays, with some even functioning in fireplaces. We decided to go with a wood oak look. The price was decent for the quality, and, since we didn’t want to ruin anything with installation ourselves, we asked the business to come out and install the logs, just to make sure everything was done correctly. They were able to install Thursday (the next day)! Bill met my husband on time at our house and got our fireplace set up and working beautifully. We are so impressed that we will be taking my husband’s mother here this afternoon so that she can also pick out some new logs for her fireplace. These guys were awesome, start to finish, and since they sell all kinds of accessories, parts, and grills, I’m planning on being a repeat customer.

Great products, and the staff is knowledgeable! I went in knowing what I was looking for but was shown some other products I didn’t know existed. Love my Primo Grill and thanks for taking my old grill away for me!

We ordered a custom fireplace glass door with a screen. Dave, the owner, came to our house and took the measurements himself. He’s a perfectionist! Our order took about 6 weeks to come in. The installation was quick and flawless. Our fireplace looks absolutely incredible with the glass door they installed. I’m very happy with our purchase!

I looked and called all over north Texas to find a repair man for my gas logs. Found them by accident and I am so grateful. Dave was quick, efficient, and reasonable – everything you want in sales and repair. Thank you!

The guys at Firehouse are great. Ron helped me out with the purchase of a Kamado Joe grill. True local business with people that are knowledgeable and really care.

Super helpful sales guy who answered all our questions but didn’t pressure us at all to make a purchase. He also dropped off the logs he didn’t have in the store at our house the same night (they were at the warehouse) for no charge!

Amazing is all I can say. David and his daughter (so cute) came out and delivered a new grill. Have had it for 9 years now and love it. Works like it’s brand new. I had also moved into a new house with a rusty set of logs, so David came out again and made it look magnificent. They work with your price range, are always on time and are amazing at their job.

These guys are great! Locally owned and operated, they treat you like a friend and not a number. My business will be with them as long as they’re in town, and I am too!

Walked in with a question about replacing a firebox in the home I’m buying, because I know nothing about fireplaces. A quick but thorough conversation and a few pictures later, and I know what to buy from David, how much it’ll cost, and how to install. So relieved to have a solution to something that was frustrating me.

We bought a set of nice logs, but our plumber did a poor job of setting the unit. David came out and fixed it perfect at no extra charge. I’d go back anytime.

Had to get a special part for the fireplace. Called several fire stores to no avail. They had the part (it cost around $5). Friendly and helpful.
