Client Reviews
Super helpful sales guy who answered all our questions but didn’t pressure us at all to make a purchase. He also dropped off the logs he didn’t have in the store at our house the same night (they were at the warehouse) for no charge!
My husband and I walked in intending to buy some gas logs for our fireplace. We were greeted immediately and taken to a beautiful wall full of set up gas log displays, with some even functioning in fireplaces. They were able to install Thursday (the next day)! Bill met my husband on time at our house and got our fireplace set up and working beautifully. We are so impressed that we will be taking my husband’s mother here this afternoon so that she can also pick out some new logs for her fireplace.
Walked in with a question about replacing a firebox in the home I’m buying, because I know nothing about fireplaces. A quick but thorough conversation and a few pictures later, and I know what to buy from David, how much it’ll cost, and how to install. So relieved to have a solution to something that was frustrating me.
